Theodore Nimz

From the time I was in high school I knew I wanted to make movies. Through my time studying film/video at Grand Valley University I discovered lighting as a creative and active outlet with an array of equipment to utilize.

Over my years of lighting I have had the opportunity to work on many projects ranging in size and budget from the smallest passion project to shows as big as they come. I find joy in the variety this business offers.

I know where I came from and am blessed to be where I am. I am always looking forward to the next project, the challenges I will encounter, the new people I will meet, and the new technology I will discover. Every day I grow as a lighting technician and advance my skills and knowledge as a Gaffer.
